I read up to chapter 330 and spy nonsense began there. Too little clinical practice, too many toxic relationships. I lost interest.
This is good stuff, it starts a bit slow and has annoying politics but it feels realistic, like, the feels. They hit hard man. Also the latest plot is damn interesting because it's how a UID, a infectious virus is being dealt with.
