Sixties sweet little wife... It's a great story at the beginning but towards the middle the fl starts to annoy me. She becomes addicted to going to black market and also with the the "uncle". The way she treats her husband is awful. She does respect him let alone his boundaries at all. And honestly I'm so amazed of how much he loves her. It's the 60s and the fl acts like it's the 2000s. Ugh just remembering this novel got me annoyed. I dropped this novel when she stayed at her "uncle"'s house and didn't tell her husband. When it's obvious that the uncle wants her. Eww gross.
Tenía que comentar. Llegué al capítulo 350, no pude más. Es "tropecé de nuevo con una piedra diferente". Ok, lo conoce en las montañas, el tipo lastima a su perrito y no sospecha, ok, las sonrisas nunca llegan a sus ojos, bien. Le miente y va a perder a sus perritos a la montaña. Bueno, se hace de la vista gorda por que es su "salvador", quien le dio un poco de piedad luego de morir en la primera vida. La prota es muy previsora, desconfiada, inteligente, etc. Pero. Alguien trata de entrar a su mansión, al día siguiente casualmente su caballo se vuelve loco y él justo está ahí para salvarla, después este tipo entra a su mansión y acepta que fue él la primera vez por que quería conocerla. Osea, chica, suma uno más uno, obviamente ese hombre tuvo que ver con el caballo desbocado. Tiene tantas razones para desconfiar de alguien que, una vez recuperó su memoría, no conoce en lo absoluto. También, el monje le dijo que está destinada a pasar por sufrimientos por salvar a su familia, los 8 sufrimientos, entre ellos es "soledad". Si es así, era obvio que su matrimonio no iba a salir bien. Luego, se casa cuando su sueño es viajar por que antes estuvo encerrada?. Me encantó la forma de escribir del autor o autora, también como van pasando los años en la novela. Es solo que esa FL me frustró tanto en ese punto. Volveré a inventarme un final alternativo, en mi mente, hoy.
Bien, seguí leyendo por qué tenía mucha curiosidad por como iban a avanzar las cosas, y no me arrepiento, realmente mejora mucho. Me gustó que no eternizaran su cautiverio. Ojalá sufran los malos Gracias por la novela.
I love the love the FL and her siblings have for each other. It is so rare for a CNovel to have half-siblings actually care for each other, especially half-sisters. And the way the FL is so dedicated to making sure her siblings have good lives the second time around is so sweet. Not really a fan of the dad though.
Thank you for the comment! I'm always down to see healthy and supportive sibling relationships. I can't believe I have to say this, but my siblings hold a larger role in my life than my romantic partner(s) and I want to see more of that in fiction too.
20 Chapters in and the start is very much abuse-porn. And despite being sympathetic to the FL, she is not particularly likeable.
