4. Strictly speaking, this novel is mediocre at best, the MC doesn't seem to have a unique personality of his own at all. First 100ish chapters are okay but in around chapter 200 or so, this novel started going down the hill. He completely looks like a beggar instead of a talented designer. In chapter 216, the Chai guy looked down on him like a beggar,ridiculing him for being a nobody yet wants to design his house, but he only got angry a little and still went ahead and designed that guy'a house. The MC seems to have no dignity at all, he even got his name on the so-called ID+C, the national design community or something magazine, but look, he acts like he hungers for money, a mere 600k yuan? He even told people that he had received a 1.9 million design but how come he put his posture so low, so low like that of a street beggar. At this point, the slightly extraordinary mc suddenly became a trash mc in my eyes. His rebirth is just quite meaningless, no specific cheat, at least an unforgettable memory is fine too. In later chapters, the mc became even worse than a trash, he clamored loudly in the early chapters that he loves Lin Mingyue the most, but he still couldn't resist Mo Xiaoya in the end, such a scum, say does he look like a protagonist anymore? No, he's like a hypocrite trash instead, not just a normal trash. This novel deserves 1.5 stars out of 5 stars at most, because the early 100 chapters are indeed worth reading, but the other 600 ch or so, nothing is worth our time.

9. Laozi has tested this novel for everyone. I can say that although this book isn’t poisonous it’s not for everyone either. It’s a slice of life novel with an interior designer as MC. The MC cheat is probably his rebirth, even so he doesn’t know how to use it properly so he goes back to his old career path in previous life and makes up the regrets of gf leaving. The title of this novel lives up to its name as main focus is mc designing houses and buildings for people. Novel also shows progress of people competing for business opportunities. So there isn’t any faceslap. Normally I’d give this a 3.5 but with the large amount of poisons released by this website it deserves a 4 star. P.S no harem just one female lead, safe to read
