1. This is just pure rubbish! A big waste of time to be honest. The FL and ML are both selfish and indecisive not only them but the other main characters (FL's cousin Jiang Junlin and his partner Ji Chi and their child Gu Ziyu) let's start with the main couple Gu Ci and Lu Zhiyuan, their situation is too repetitive! Starting with FL, she literally is a suicidal maniac who can't live without ML, so she wags her tail and follow him like a dog, literally. I would understand if she would have a character development but she didn't, she just goes crazy whenever ML tries to breakup/leave her and uses self harm to gain his pity and attention. She literally locked him up for even trying to break up the first time, or was it the third time. She also kept saying she cares for her child but in times of actual need, she ignores him for ML and kinda only remembers him when he approaches her on his own. She's abused and neglected him, promised him to be good but all she ever cares about is ML. She literally let her child look after her and adjust to her, like wtf? Although he has a mature mind as before he regressed he was 18, he's literally a kid and barely had any experience in the world and having family since he had to grow up fast because of his mother and situation. Not only is she a bad FL, she's also a bad mother, tbch. Now to ML, he's super indecisive, stupid and pathetic. He kept rejecting FL, breaking up with her, arguing with her and pushing her away but then he would try to still try be in contact with her im some sorta way and still het jealous or approaches her. The way he thinks he could help her is for him to aggravate her situation. He's supposed to be smart af but all his actions are so stupid and pathetic, it literally gave me a headache. FL was already suicidal and he kept telling her to see a doctor, apparently, he couldn't bear to hurt her (physically or something) so he just breaks her heart (which triggers FL even more to go crazy and he wonders, what can I do to help her?) and he hopes she understand that he's doing it for her own good, like???? He's literally a hypocrite. Also,with their power and connection,I wonder why they can't just clean up everything and had to prolong stuff until it gets worse before they do something about it. The fact that the author didn't actually tackle the main issue (the curse and how to undo it) and was just adding more and more scenarios was getting annoying. It took 657-666chapters (bad number lol) to have them lift the curse, wtf. And just wanna add again that they both suck as parents. I know it's weird and the age gap thingy for the couple to have Gu Ziyu in the new timeline is not good but that's still their child though. Why didn't they just put him under their name, like when they reach their mid 20s. The fact that they made him bear the burden since the last life is just plain messed up and legally he's not even their child as he is put under Jiang Junli's family genealogy. I got tired of hearing "You gotta understand her, she's sick" but literally nobody does anything right and actually brought her to a psychiatrist (Maybe I'm just so pissed off that I notice every little thing in this webnovel.) Let's go to the next couple, they're a gay couple which I found really cute of course, I love some mix of yaoi theme in straight romance novels, but holy cow, are they so toxic. They're basically the same as the main leads, literally push and pull relationship, Ji Chi locked up Jiang Junlin and got crazy too. They break up, get back together and PAPAPA then break up then PAPAPA and get back together then break up again because of "situations". Basically the same as Gu Ci and Lu Zhiyuan. Both GC and JC can't live without the man in their lives and are pretty much what we always read in other novels like this, a "dog licker", was it? I would've drop it if the time skip didn't happen, at least a little improvement then it went back to hownit was again lol. I really wanna, at least say something good about this but I can't 😭 it's that bad. I wrote way too long of a complaint or view on this. I just had to finish novels/webnovels/ebooks I started reading. It's a habit and oath of mine to always finish reading what I started on, may it be good or bad. This is my opinion on this, it's not something I'll recommend but you know, read at your own risk 🙃😭🙃😭

2. Both couple r really SELFISH. There r 3 group , the son, the FL and her cousin brother group and the ML and his heir( the lover of that cousin brother). I feel bad for the son, he love his mother(FL) despite all those abuse but his parent love each other more than him. They didn't ask how hurt he was. They just said don't blame your father/mother. This group except for the son group attack each other and died while their leaders busy with being lovey-dovey with each other. They can't control their subordinate and a lot of betrayal happened. I'm stop ready this chapter 6++ ,can't stand their selfishness.😏
