I want to express my disappointment in one of the recent major arc inside this novel, the {ragnarok}. This might be a little bit of a spoiler, but the thing is Principal Cynthia played a game of chess with Hermes using the current situation of the olympus as a stake. As a result the nearby forces near mount Olympus send their respective power expecting to get some of the god's power. And there's a series of hurdle that every young genius needed to pass, but guess what almost all of them didn't qualify. Only because of dark demon they're able to stay alive and win the chess game. The thing is, Dark Demon who played the most role in the arc even had higher importance than the principal Cynthia itself receive nothing. He indeed received something, but this thing is shared between respective major forces. So basically Dark Demon Lost his life once for the sake of everyone's benefit, what he got is actually the same as everyone even if they're not actually qualified to receive the reward.
after ch700, chapters are broken though i read raws through google translation because story is too good. arch-plot, connecting plot have more content than some novels. duels leave much to desires, they stretch to 3-4 chapters(4k words/ch) but you aldready knows the outcome (mc wins always). this lowers the stakes and you know entire deck of mc so there surprises, so u can skip the entire duel. others duels were more interesting but reduced to minimum. mtl should fix the chapter and they are still updating broken chapters.
